We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase.
During sale periods or times of high order volume, dispatch may take an extra 1–2 days. We appreciate your patience while our team works hard to get your order out as soon as possible.

Deliveries typically occur between 8am and 5pm.
If your order includes items from multiple EQ Saddlery locations, it may be split into separate shipments, each with its own tracking number.
There are no additional shipping charges for split deliveries.
Why are some items unavailable for online purchase?
Oversized or heavy items (e.g., jump wings, mounting blocks, lunge whips, or some supplements) may not be available online. Contact us for a shipping quote:

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes – if your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact our team immediately:

Once dispatched, we cannot redirect parcels. If your order is returned, we can re-ship it for an additional fee.
Why is my order delayed?
Australia Post delays are outside our control. Use your tracking number to check the delivery status or contact Australia Post for updates.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify EQ Customer Service within 3–5 business days so we can assist.
