A decade ago, Pure Western was born from the Australian western scene that swept through the country clothing landscape, by redefining the look and feel of western denim. The brand grew organically from the western wear movement that yearned for something different.  

In 2010, the team came up with PURE WESTERN, featuring original designs – inspired, right here in Australia. Western? Well, that means the designs are modern with a shot of the good stuff, we like to design with the wild at heart. When officially launched, the brand was a hit during a time when western wear was still finding its feet in country Australia. With Pure Western’s instant success, came the opportunity to spread into stores Australia wide.

Today, Pure Western has plenty of flare and offers quality fresh product seasonally. Guys and Gals flock to our stockists early, so they can pick up the latest styles. Junior westerners are also covered head to toe with plenty of mini versions of the grown-up gear. Kids already onboard, will grow up wearing the brand and that’s something we’re really excited about.

A key focus and design category we continue to  pride ourselves on, is the innovative range of denim with the right mix of detail, stitch, stretch, wash, fit, some with a bit of bling and others tough enough for a night at the rodeo or ready-to-wear out on the town.  

Building on our strong denim culture and to move the brand forward, the design team have plenty of ideas up their sleeves to expand on future ranges. Aiming to push western wear boundaries and continue to offer great pieces you can wear to truly express yourself. There is nothing more Australian than giving something a crack and we’re in our 10th year, so that means we’re doing something right!
